COMMENTS
The Grinde is sold exclusively as a refit project. The rudder system is modified to a spade rudder without skeg, a fixed sprayhood has been built.
In 2020, a new modern rudder system (a grind that is easy to steer - even during harbor maneuvers) was manufactured. A newer mast, which is slightly higher, and a fixed disc with a hardtop, which provides good protection in the cockpit. Freeboard and superstructure are sanded and designed with two components. New teak rubbing strip and teak in cockpit. New Andersen winches. Electric windlass and bow platform. The floor is sanded and built with epoxy resin and VC 17. Engine partially overhauled with cylinder head, new zinc anodes etc. New stainless steel tanks for water and diesel were produced. Newer sails with continuous battens and furling jib (Furlex).
Everything was done by a boat builder in 2019 and 2020.
The keel joint was opened to replace the seal. (no damage).
Upholstery is available, but is dry at home with the owner.
