Light, stable and fully electric – the Ribcat 4.3
The Ribcat combines the advantages of a RIB with those of a catamaran to create an efficient, stable and weight-saving boat concept. Thanks to the lightweight hull, made of carbon composite construction, the all-electric catamaran glides elegantly and quietly through the water with up to six people.
The boat was originally designed for tender garages on larger sailing yachts and is characterized by a particularly small pack size and low weight. The catamaran hull offers a high level of stability, especially when getting in and out.
The Ribcat is powered by two pod motors, which can be manually retracted into the hull to further reduce the pack size. As energy storage, the boat has four high-performance lithium-ion batteries from Torqeedo, each with 5,000 Wh, which can be quickly charged via two Torqeedo fast chargers.
